（We held a company entrance ceremony. New technical trainees from the Philippines are joining our company. During the ceremony, the president emphasized the importance of following rules and sent encouragement for future activities. Furthermore, although the trainees are still not familiar with Japanese, they expressed their joy at being able to work with us and talked about their aspirations for the future. Their speeches were fitting for a 'Japanese ceremony,' delivered in polite Japanese. As we welcome our new colleagues, all employees will strive for further growth.
