この度、フィリピンから技能実習生を迎え、入社式を執り行いました。
式典では、社長から会社の紹介や激励の言葉を頂き、実習生たちは真剣な表情で耳を傾けていました。
実習生たちは日本の文化や言語になれていないにも関わらず、日本の式典のマナーを理解し真摯に向き合ってくれました。

（We recently held an induction ceremony for technical intern trainees from the Philippines.
At the ceremony, the president introduced the company and gave words of encouragement to the trainees, who listened with serious expressions on their faces.
Although the technical intern trainees were unfamiliar with Japanese culture and language, they understood Japanese ceremonial manners and took the ceremony seriously.
We will support the efforts and challenges of our new colleagues and work together as a team to achieve further development.
